Reports suggest that Coleen Rooney may join the cast of the upcoming season of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!, alongside notable figures such as Danny Jones from McFly and Jane Moore from Loose Women. Other celebrities speculated to appear include former professional boxer Barry McGuigan, reality TV star Maura Higgins from Love Island, and broadcaster Rev Richard Coles.
The popular ITV show, which challenges celebrities to survive in the Australian jungle while completing various tasks, is set to premiere on November 17. While these names have been circulated by the Sun, ITV has yet to officially confirm the line-up.
Coleen Rooney, wife of former England footballer Wayne Rooney, has made headlines in recent years, particularly during the much-publicized Wagatha Christie trial in 2022, where she accused fellow media personality Rebekah Vardy of leaking personal stories to the press. Rooney won the High Court case after the judge deemed her allegations “substantially true.”

Social media influencer GK Barry, whose real name is Grace Eleanor Keeling, is set to join the lineup as well. The 25-year-old from Cambridgeshire boasts a following of 3.6 million on TikTok and over 60,000 subscribers on YouTube, where she shares personal anecdotes and interviews with celebrities on her podcast, Saving Grace.
Rev Richard Coles, a former Church of England priest, retired in 2022 and is well-known for his contributions to broadcasting and writing. He was part of the pop duo The Communards in the 1980s and hosted BBC Radio 4’s Saturday Live for 12 years until March 2023.
Barry McGuigan, the legendary Irish boxer, is also rumored to be part of this year’s cast. The former champion won a gold medal at the 1978 Commonwealth Games at just 18 years old. McGuigan later became a professional boxer, earning acclaim in the 1980s for his victories in the British and European featherweight categories, as well as securing the WBA World Featherweight Championship in 1985.
Tulisa Contostavlos, known as Tulisa, gained fame as a member of the hip-hop group N-Dubz in the 2000s before embarking on a successful solo career with hits like “Young” and “Sight of You.” She also served as a judge on The X Factor in 2011 and 2012 and recently won a legal dispute regarding her role in the song “Scream And Shout” by Will.I.Am and Britney Spears.
Dean McCullough, who presents the BBC Radio 1 Early Breakfast show, is also rumored to be making the transition from radio to reality TV. Lastly, Jane Moore, a prominent panellist on Loose Women, is not only known for her television presence but also for her work as a columnist for The Sun and author of romantic novels such as Perfect Match and Love Is On The Air.
Oti Mabuse, a celebrated dancer and talent show judge, has made her mark on television. An eight-time Latin American champion in South Africa, she was a professional dancer on Strictly Come Dancing, winning the competition in both 2019 and 2020. After leaving Strictly in 2022, she took on the role of judge on the celebrity figure skating show Dancing On Ice.
